ionfluxer provides lead generation services through various advertising channels and social network integrations. Our services include:

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Standard Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

All leads provided by ionfluxer must meet pre-agreed qualification criteria established during the onboarding process. Qualification parameters may include:

• Geographic location
• Industry or business type
• Company size or revenue
• Decision-making authority
• Budget availability
• Timeline for purchase decisions

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their target market and qualification criteria
• Respond to leads in a timely manner (within 48 hours recommended)
• Maintain professional communication with provided leads
• Provide feedback on lead quality to help improve targeting
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties

6. Service Level Agreements

ionfluxer commits to:

• Deliver leads within specified timeframes (12-48 hours depending on service tier)
• Provide leads that meet pre-agreed qualification criteria
• Offer replacement leads for any that don't meet qualification standards
• Maintain 99% uptime for our platform and services
• Provide customer support during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM CST)

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by ionfluxer remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use our services but may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology or methods.

9. Limitation of Liability

ionfluxer's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. ionfluxer reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, United States. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
